Brake Linings
Brake Linings are using a new dry process method.
These are manufactured under absolutely dust and moisture free
conditions during various stage of production, which ultimately leads
to cent percent chemical impregnation and highest amount of bonding for
maximum durability, strength and flexibility to outperform the products.
Brake linings is
solid woven, pure asbestos based friction material reinforced with
metallic wire for better strength and heat dissipation.
Brake Linings has
a medium / high co-efficient of friction with moderate temperature and
wear resistance capability. It has enough flexibility to form it to
radius. But if necessary, it may be heated uniformly at a moderate
temperature of not more than 100°C make the forming more easier.
Applications
Large variety of brake and clutch components of all types of plant including certain heavy road transport vehicles and tractors.
